Ally Kupcewicz

Ally has dedicated herself to shaping organizations from their inception, playing crucial roles in scaling people and talent teams at companies ranging from seed round to Series D. Her biggest passion lies at the intersection of strong people and talent cultures and process-driven systems to create engaging workplaces. She believes that when these two things align, it ensures long term success. Ally's career journey actually began in the non-profit sector - her very first job out of college. And after many years away, she is elated to return to such meaningful work.

Beyond Ally's professional life, she is a long-distance runner, and is almost always somewhere out in the mountains exploring new trails. She and her husband currently live in Asheville NC and have two dogs of their own.
