His prior work has ranged from ghostwriting New York Times columns for world leaders to managing social media accounts and producing podcasts. When it comes to effective communications, Hetal's strategy boils down to "Can my grandma understand this?" in forming straightforward and easy-to-grasp explanations.

Hetal holds degrees from Stanford University and the University of Illinois, both of which are collecting impressive amounts of dust somewhere in his parents' closet.
