As the Senior Programs Lead of the East Coast at aiEDU, LeNard collaborates directly with district and school staff and educators to conduct various professional development programs, including workshops and seminars. He ensures that aiEDU partners receive a well-rounded, impactful educational experience.

LeNard is a dedicated ally for empowering young people in underestimated communities. He brings a wealth of skills and expertise acquired over the years while working in schools and with youth education organizations, such as Black Girls CODE, Urban Arts Partnership, and Baltimore City Public Schools. LeNard is committed to delivering inclusive and transformative programs that empower educators, students, and communities.
