SENIOR PROGRAMS LEAD, MIDWEST

Kristen Kayser

Kristen Kayser is the Senior Lead for Midwest Programs at aiEDU, where she partners with school districts, educators, and community leaders to help students build the skills and confidence they need to thrive in an AI-driven world. With experience across K-12 education, instructional design, partnerships, and program development, Kristen is passionate about translating emerging technology into meaningful, practical learning opportunities for students and educators alike.

Kristen brings a deep background in educational strategy, partnership development, and program leadership. She began her career as a high school math and AVID teacher in Cleveland Heights for 9 years, after which she transitioned into district and school leadership in Cleveland and southern Ohio. Most recently she worked as a Director of State and District Partnerships with College Board. She has spent her career working alongside educators to implement innovative initiatives that improve instructional practice, strengthen systems of support for teachers, and expand equitable access to high-quality learning opportunities for students. She brings a relationship-driven, people-first approach to her work and is especially energized by helping districts move from early curiosity about AI to thoughtful, responsible implementation that centers equity, access, and real classroom impact.

Kristen is based in Ohio and is deeply connected to the Midwest education community. She is also a mom of three boys, which strongly shapes her perspective on teaching, learning, and the future students are stepping into. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, planning creative projects, traveling when schedules allow, and being an active member of the Junior League of Dayton. Kristen believes learning should be relevant, human, and joyful—and she brings that belief into every partnership she builds at aiEDU.
