All in on AI readiness: aiEDU kicks off Ohio AI Summit series at Xavier University

CINCINNATTI — aiEDU: The AI Education Project kicked off its Ohio Summit series in style with hundreds of attendees at Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio.

The day brought together educators, administrators, policymakers, and technology leaders to explore how to build AI literacy and readiness for students across the region.

“It was an exciting day, bringing together leaders from across southern Ohio and beyond,” said Alex Kotran, CEO and co-founder of aiEDU. “We’re proud to bring together teachers, thought leaders, and school system leaders as we build AI literacy and AI readiness in Ohio. Gatherings like this help us get closer to our vision of a world where every child can live, work, and thrive in a world where AI is everywhere.”

The day’s sessions included a dynamic mix of keynotes, panels, and breakout discussions, featuring topics such as:

The Summit highlighted the urgent need for future-ready education practices and gave attendees practical tools and strategies to bring AI education to life in their schools and communities.
